Feburary 14th was not only Valentine's Day, but also a special statehood day for our fair state. So we made a big Arizona-shaped chocolate chip cookie in honor of the occasion.
We have chocolate kisses representing our favorite mountains, a carved-out grand canyon, as well as the Colorado and Gila rivers decked out in blue frosting. Red blotches represent cities we have frequented often, and our own fair city as well.
We are still working on eating our delicious state!
